I believe that makes me a good leader. I have been told that people look to me for advice and if people want to learn I would love to teach them.

I Hunted, farmed, prospected, and trapped for new business by connecting with senior communities, schools, and other companies, with various points of contact. I also ran day to day operations including payroll. Helped set up and organize a clinical Psychological practice. Sold services to partner with nursing homes and draw in patients. Researched specific nursing homes to find the Director of nursing. Made cold calls to draw in business/ part of the
Hunted, Prospected, and trapped for new business in various B2B settings. Ie.. factories, warehouses, and different industries where the main points of contacts are Engineers, maintenance Directors, and plant engineers / directors. Sold accounts anywhere from 10K to 100K. Responsible for researching industries to see if they are viable. Then making the calls to gather information and to set the appointment. Generate leads for outside sales managers and map out routes for the salesman.
